Feedback Questionnaires are sent out to our clients on completion of their mortgage. They are given a choice to either (1) strongly agree, (2) agree, (3) neither agree nor disagree, (4) disagree or (5) strongly disagree about a series of statements.
The following statistics were compiled from all Client Feedback Questionnaires received between April 2003 and March 2004.
